Every spring, each of SHPE’s seven regions provides an opportunity for SHPE members to enhance their leadership skills and technical knowledge through their own Regional Leadership Development Conferences (RLDC). These local two-day conferences are facilitated by experienced industry pros with sessions that equip students and young professionals to lead in their chapters at school and work.
